“Photographic” Watercolors
Wednesday – Thursday | October 30-31 | 9am-4pm | Ed. Ctr. #2 | $200 members | $215 general public
Watercolor artist Mary "Miera" Hayworth guides participants in watercolor basics as they transform iPhone (or other smart phone) photos they’ve taken on the grounds into beautiful paintings. Day one is spent choosing your subject and then selecting and editing the best photos in preparation for the next step on day two – transferring a black-and-white image to watercolor paper and beginning to paint. Cost includes all materials; students must provide their own camera phones. Please bring an apron and a brown bag lunch each day.
